Order Processing & Confirmation

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days. To ensure accuracy and avoid any delays, our team may contact you via call or SMS for order confirmation before dispatching your package.

Delivery Timelines

We strive to deliver your favorite fragrances within 3–5 working days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery to remote or far-flung areas may take slightly longer.

Payment Options

For your convenience, we offer flexible payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash when your parcel is delivered.

• Online Payment: Securely pay via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash at the time of checkout.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. However, we are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders above PKR 5,000.

Tracking & Delivery Details

• Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are 100% accurate to avoid any delivery failures.

• Failed Attempts: If a delivery fails due to customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply for the next attempt.
